🔄 Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • You received an incorrect item
  • The product was damaged upon arrival
  • You need a size exchange (subject to availability)

📝 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Request must be raised within 3–5 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags
  • No returns or exchanges on:
    • Sale or discounted items
    • Customized or pre-order items

🔁 Exchange Requests

  • Size exchanges are allowed once per order, subject to stock availability
  • In case the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be offered

💰 Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation

📦 Return Shipping

  • In eligible cases, return pickup will be arranged by Rawverge (where serviceable)
  • In other areas, you may be required to ship the product back to our address
