🔄 Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- You received an incorrect item
- The product was damaged upon arrival
- You need a size exchange (subject to availability)
📝 Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Request must be raised within 3–5 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags
- No returns or exchanges on:
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or pre-order items
🔁 Exchange Requests
- Size exchanges are allowed once per order, subject to stock availability
- In case the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be offered
💰 Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are made to the original payment method
- For COD orders, refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation
📦 Return Shipping
- In eligible cases, return pickup will be arranged by Rawverge (where serviceable)
- In other areas, you may be required to ship the product back to our address
