4. Order Confirmation & Payment

• Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment via prepaid methods or COD selection.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or system errors.
• COD orders may be verified before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (7–10 days for custom/pre-order items).
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days post dispatch.
• We are not liable for delays caused by logistics providers or incorrect delivery addresses.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns/exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions:

• Incorrect item received
• Damaged product received
• Size exchange (subject to availability)

The request must be raised within 3–5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. No returns on sale or customized items.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped.

8. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Warangal, Telangana.
