1. No Return Policy

Raw Verge follows a strict No Return policy.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, color preference, or personal dislike.

Please refer to the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

2. Exchange Policy (Wrong Product Only)

We offer exchange only in case a wrong product is delivered.

Conditions for Exchange:

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The issue must be reported with clear photos or videos of the received product.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges are subject to verification and approval by the Raw Verge team.

If approved, the correct product will be shipped after the returned item is received and verified.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for any orders.

In case an exchange is approved but the requested product is unavailable, a store credit may be issued at the discretion of Raw Verge.

Store credit, if issued, will be valid for a limited period and can be used only on the Raw Verge store.

4. Shipping for Exchanges

Customers must notify us within the specified time period to initiate an exchange.

Reverse pickup or reshipping timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner.

Raw Verge reserves the right to refuse exchanges if policy conditions are not met.

5. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.

If accepted, claims for damage may not be entertained.
